It's 272 apartments are elegantly decorated and surrounded by a natural grove of pines - the heart of the Serra Gaucha. The best hotel in Gramado has received several awards as the best mountain hotel in Brazil (Veja) and better infrastructure events in Gramado (Guia 4 Rodas), and the Traveller's Choice from TripAdvisor, the largest online community of travelers world. The events area of ​​Wish Serrano Resort & Convention Gramado offers unique support infrastructure, such as the press room, food and beverage staff, elevator for people with disabilities and also a full service outsourced audiovisual equipment. The modern convention center has 3 million square feet of total area, with a capacity to accommodate up to 1200 people. Spread over three floors, has a specific place for each event, including ample space for exhibitions, theater and lounges, plus a very competent staff.
