Construido en 2006, es reconocible por sus techos artesonados de madera, sus espectaculares vitrales y el patio pavimentado al estilo granadino. El hotel ofrece 15 habitaciones, decoradas en dos estilos diferentes. El exclusivo restaurante, La Posada, puede albergar hasta 60 personas. Los techos son de madera y arcilla y las paredes son rugosas.
