ESENCIALMENTE SIERRA NEVADA: Una leyenda procedente de los tiempos de la dominación árabe en España inspiró el nombre de este impresionante establecimiento, el Vincci Selection Rumaykiyya, un lugar único hotel perteneciente a la gama de hoteles Vincci Selección. Este hotel de cinco estrellas está situado a 2.400 metros en el corazón de Sierra Nevada, uno de los parques naturales más bellos de España, que está coronado por 14 picos que superan los 3.000 metros, entre ellos el Veleta (3.327) y el Mulhacén (3.478), junto a la ruta de las montañas de la Alpujarra y muy cerca de la impresionante ciudad de Granada, todo lo cual convierte a la zona en un refugio para el viajero. PARAÍSO PARA LOS ESQUIADORES: El Hotel Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya se encuentra al pie de una pista de esquí, ofreciendo al visitante la posibilidad de practicar diversas actividades recreativas y deportivas durante la temporada de esquí, cuando el hotel se llena de atletas que saben apreciar las características especiales que hacen que el Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya es un enclave privilegiado para practicar este deporte. Este establecimiento es el hotel más alto de Europa con acceso directo a las pistas de esquí Arco de las Pesas y Puerta Fajalauza desde y hacia el hotel, que cuenta con un servicio de telesilla en la misma puerta y también tiene su propio servicio de transporte a Pradollano. GASTRONOMÍA: El hotel también es conocido en la zona por la calidad de su restaurante La Arquería, cuyo chef, Javier Valiño, combina la alta cocina con las variaciones más modernas de la cocina de montaña de la Alpujarra.
