El Parador se encuentra en el corazón de la ciudad, junto al Real Monasterio, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad. El hotel se encuentra en el sitio de lo que una vez fue el palacio del marqués de la Romana, anteriormente Escuela de Infantes o Gramática. Esta espléndida obra arquitectónica del siglo XVI está conectada con el antiguo hospital de San Juan Bautista, una estructura del siglo XV que hoy sirve como patios del parador. El Parador de Guadalupe ofrece diferentes tipos de dormitorios, así como suites de conferencias equipadas con una capacidad máxima de 200 personas.
