Aspen Manor is less than 200m to suburban restaurants and shops, 800m Hamilton Gardens and Southern Cross Hospital, 1.5km city centre, 3km University of Waikato and 2km to Claudelands Event Centre. Close to SH1 south giving easy access to Hamilton Airport and Cambridge. Aspen Manor has units with 5 room types for you to choose from.
