El centro comunitario de Hillhouse & Earnock es administrado por el Ayuntamiento de South Lanarkshire y comprende una sala principal que se puede subdividir en dos salas más pequeñas (Jubilee Hall y Hillhouse Room), un área para jóvenes, una guardería, una biblioteca y Active IT y una cafetería dirigida por voluntarios locales.
