La Casa del Barón forma parte de la cochera del conocido parque del castillo de Neerijse. Esta cochera no solo es conocida por su rica historia (data de alrededor de 1700), sino también por su entorno único, en el centro de varias hectáreas de la reserva natural De Doode Bemde.
