El Empress Hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada en el paseo victoriano con vistas a la bahía de Douglas y está a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad. El hotel cuenta con 104 habitaciones, todas reformadas en 2018-19. El Prince Albert tiene capacidad para hasta 180 delegados de conferencias y es ideal para lanzamientos de productos, cursos de formación y funciones privadas. Somos famosos por organizar fantásticas fiestas y celebraciones, ya sea en la suite Prince Albert o en un evento de catering al aire libre. Para reuniones más pequeñas, el Connaught es la alternativa perfecta con espacio para hasta 60 delegados.
