El House Regrus se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad balneario de Jachymov. La parada de autobús «Jachymov Lazne» se encuentra a 100 metros del hotel. El viaje en coche desde Praga a Jachymov dura unas dos horas, desde Carslbad (Karlovy Vary), unos 20 minutos. El hotel ofrece un alojamiento confortable en habitaciones dobles y triples recientemente amuebladas. El hotel ha sido completamente reconstruido en el año 2006. Cada habitación tiene TV vía satélite y baño privado con inodoro y ducha.
