Likya Residence Hotel and Spa is a boutique adult only hotel. We invite you to experience a tailor made holiday in relaxing, peaceful and comfortable surroundings. Sitting with its toes in the Mediterranean, Likya Residence has stunning panoramic views from all its incredibly spacious suites. Indeed wherever you are in the hotel, you have magnificent views out to sea and towards Kalkan harbour. The uninterrupted views continue from the hotel all the way down to the shoreline. With 24 deluxe suites averaging a generous 40 square metres, and 3 rooftop master suites measuring an incredible 60 square metres, Likya Residence boasts some of the largest rooms in Kalkan.
