Política de cancelación

POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO, CANCELACIÓN/REPROGRAMACIÓN DEL EVENTO: si el evento se cancela más de treinta (30) días antes de la fecha del evento, el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del depósito será reembolsado. Si decides cambiar la fecha con más de 30 días de antelación al evento, el depósito del evento se podrá aplicar a una fecha futura del evento en un plazo de seis (6) meses a partir de la fecha original fecha programada. El Cliente perderá cualquier depósito que no se utilice dentro de los seis (6) meses posteriores a la fecha original del Evento y Topgolf lo retendrá. Si el evento se cancela o se reprograma con menos de treinta (30) días pero más de siete (7) días antes de la fecha del Evento, el Cliente perderá el depósito completo y Topgolf lo retendrá. Si el evento se cancela o se reprograma, menos más de (7) días antes del evento, se perderá el depósito completo y el cliente será responsable del monto del acuerdo de evento contratado y de cualquier mínimo de catering aplicable. Esto La política de cancelación permanece vigente independientemente del clima del día del evento programado, ya que Topgolf se puede jugar independientemente de las condiciones climáticas, excepto en caso de fuerza mayor evento mayor (definido a continuación). Si la celebración del Evento está excusada debido a un evento de fuerza mayor anterior, el Cliente podrá aplicar el depósito completo a un Evento reprogramado o al el depósito se reembolsará en su totalidad. Topgolf y el Cliente renuncian a cualquier reclamación por daños o compensación en caso de que este Acuerdo de evento se rescinda por un acto de fuerza mayor.
