Built with the flair of an ideal Aegean village and situated only 3 km away from Kos town and directly on the beach Kipriotis Village and Kos International Convention Centre (KICC) offers a great hospitality experience that can tempt even the most demanding visitor. The resort, belonging to the Kipriotis group of hotels, extends over a surface of 135.000 m2 and offers a multiple choice of restaurants and bars, as well as a wide range of excellent sport and leisure facilities, including entertainment. Beautiful and well-kept gardens are inviting you for a relaxing walk and the marvelous pool area with three swimming pools for adults and two for children, providing also a whirlpool and waterslides, is the ideal place for your sunbath. The 709 spaciously designed accommodation units in small houses with 1 or 2 floors provide large balconies or terraces and offer a superb view either on to the sea, the gardens or the swimming pools. From standard double rooms, over Junior or Executive Suites and spacious family apartments to very luxurious Presidential Suites, choose your ideal accommodation from our range of room types. Business and leisure can be perfectly combined in this spacious resort, because the KICC - Kos International Convention Center is directly adjacent to the hotel. KICC is considered to be the largest, most elegant, most functional and the only autonomous convention centre in Greece. It is a magnificent 3-leveled, purpose-made, fully autonomous and modern building, with direct access to the road for easy loading. Kipriotis Hotels and KICC comprise in total 40 meeting rooms with total capacity of up to 7.000 persons (5.500 KICC and 1.500 in the Kipriotis Panorama Hotel), main auditorium 2.300 seats and 3.000 sq m exhibition space. KICC is one of the most modern convention centers in Greece equipped with state of the art audiovisual equipment and translation technology. In total the Kipriotis group of hotels consists of the Kipriotis Village hotel and 4 more luxury and comfortable properties (4 and 5 stars) with a total capacity of 1.450 rooms.
