El hotel Francuski (El hotel francés), que abrió sus puertas el 1 de abril de 1912, acaba de cumplir su primer centenario y ha sido un ejemplo de hospitalidad no solo en Cracovia sino también en Polonia. Se encuentra en el casco antiguo, a solo 100 metros de la plaza del mercado. Cuenta con 42 habitaciones cómodamente amuebladas: 4 habitaciones individuales, 23 habitaciones dobles y 15 suites. El restaurante que funciona aquí desde el día de la inauguración cuenta con una fama extraordinaria. El hotel también ofrece un elegante interior de la sala olímpica, que es un lugar perfecto para pequeñas reuniones íntimas. La sala debe su nombre al Comité Olímpico Polaco, que se fundó en el Hotel Francuski en 1919 y que celebra aquí su junta directiva hasta el día de hoy.
