El hotel cuenta con 27 acres de terreno ondulado, rodeado por dos arroyos (La Palma y Kioro) con aguas cristalinas que comienzan a fluir en el Parque Nacional Volcán Arenal. El hotel cuenta con 53 suites para la relajación de los huéspedes y también ofrece salas de reuniones para atender eventos corporativos y sociales de los huéspedes.
