El Ayuntamiento de Carnwath es utilizado por numerosos grupos comunitarios junto con funciones y eventos locales. El alojamiento consta de una sala principal con escenario y balcón, dos grandes salas de reuniones, cocina y baño. La sala principal tiene un área de 145 metros cuadrados y puede albergar hasta 266 personas sentadas al estilo de un concierto, hasta 326 si se usa el balcón, y puede albergar hasta 200 para una función con servicio de catering. Las salas de reuniones tienen una superficie de poco más de 40 metros cuadrados y pueden alojar hasta 40 personas. La cocina es adecuada para pequeñas funciones y los clientes pueden utilizarla para preparar sus propios tés y cafés. Hay un pequeño aparcamiento público frente al pasillo.
