El THB Tropical Island se encuentra en Playa Blanca, un tranquilo pueblo de pescadores del municipio de Yaiza, en el sur de Lanzarote. Se construyó respetando el medio ambiente y las líneas arquitectónicas de la isla, manteniendo los colores y alturas típicos. 414 apartamentos, 45 de ellos con puertas comunicantes. Se distribuyen en varios bloques individuales totalmente equipados con amplios dormitorios, cocina americana, salón y baño. Todas las habitaciones tienen terraza o balcón. El hotel cuenta con 2 grandes salas de exposiciones con capacidad para 450 personas.
