Los Bungalows Las Gaviotas se encuentran en el municipio de Tías, al sureste de Lanzarote, y frente a la playa de Matagorda, galardonada con la Bandera Azul en 2011. Se encuentra dentro de la principal zona turística de la isla, Puerto del Carmen, a solo 3 km del centro de la ciudad. Matagorda es la primera de una serie de playas de arena dorada que cubren hasta 18 km de costa y están conectadas por un paseo marítimo, donde puede encontrar una amplia gama de servicios y disfrutar de agradables paseos a pie o en bicicleta. El complejo está diseñado con el objetivo de que pueda dejar atrás el estrés y disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Ofrece 155 bungalows divididos en 7 sectores, cada uno con su propia piscina y perfectamente interconectados.
