The center of the dining room features Fogo’s first-ever peninsula churrasco grill offering guests a 360-degree view of our Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs butchering, hand carving and preparing various cuts of meat. Upon entering the expansive dining room, guests will see elegant private dining spaces along with the signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O ‘Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture.
