El Auditorio Alfredo Kraus ofrece 20 salas de reuniones con más de 10 000 metros cuadrados de espacio para reuniones. El Centro de Convenciones puede albergar a unas 3300 personas al mismo tiempo. El centro está bien equipado con tecnología de última generación. Los amplios espacios abiertos ofrecen al visitante varias áreas en las que relajarse. Todos los espacios interiores y exteriores permiten vistas al mar. También hay un amplio espacio para exposiciones con espacio para más de 50 stands. El centro comercial frente al Auditorio y al Centro de Convenciones de Canarias permite a los visitantes hacer un buen uso de su tiempo libre con muchos bancos, tiendas, cines y pubs.
