El Chateau De La Foltiere se encuentra en las colinas boscosas del este de Bretaña, cerca de la ciudad medieval de Fougères y a poca distancia en coche del Mont St-Michel, las playas y pueblos del Canal, Le Parc Floral de Haute Bretagne es espectacular. Con quince jardines botánicos para su disfrute, este parque de 50 acres lo invita a dar tranquilos paseos adormecidos por el sonido del agua corriente y las fragancias florales mientras descubre una vasta colección de árboles y plantas raras. El castillo de la Foltière, del siglo XIX, tiene sus orígenes en el siglo XV y fue asediado por el ejército realista durante la Revolución. Restauradas y cuidadas con cariño, hoy en día cinco cómodas y espaciosas habitaciones con baño privado esperan a los visitantes. Las habitaciones se llaman Renoir, Monet, Pissarro y Sisley, y la suite es de Dégas, en consonancia con su decoración impresionista, cada una con una chimenea de mármol y está decorada con colores y telas elegantes y cuidadosamente seleccionados para crear el ambiente adecuado para su estancia. Todas las habitaciones ofrecen vistas panorámicas de los excepcionales jardines de abajo. Un salón privado y un salón de té están disponibles para el disfrute de los huéspedes de Foltière.
