La infraestructura del Hotel Melodía fue construida desde cero con el único propósito de ser un hotel, fue inaugurado en abril de 1993, manteniendo en su arquitectura las características modernas y funcionales de un alojamiento adecuado para recibir a los viajeros que visitan nuestra ciudad por negocios o turismo con comodidad y funcionalidad. El Hotel Melodia tiene 7 pisos de los que se destaca una amplia recepción, 77 acogedoras habitaciones entre individuales, dobles y suites. También cuenta con instalaciones para recepciones y banquetes con sala de eventos y conferencias disponible.
