The Commodore Motel in Mount Gambier was built in 1963 on the site of the town’s old Sale yards. Established by successful motelier George Frew as part of his established chain of Motels, stretching throughout Western Victoria and Queensland; the Commodore was taken over by Leanne and Evan Kosch in January 1989. Now known as Commodore on the Park, Hosted by Evan & Tom Kosch the motel offers 53 spacious rooms and suites as well as 2 self contained apartment style accommodation houses. Treat yourself and your guests to the Hospitality of Commodore on the Park. Be it for business or pleasure, the staff at The Commodore will ensure your event is a huge success. Just a five minute walk from the CBD and overlooking picturesque Frew Park, we offer many exceptional conference and private function facilities.
