El 4 de octubre de 2018, Maxime recibió una nueva oportunidad de vida. El antiguo cabaret de 1949, que una vez albergó prestigiosas agencias de noticias y se convirtió en un ícono de la vida nocturna de Lisboa a principios de siglo, hoy permanece abierto a artistas y a todos aquellos que deseen conocer nuestra ciudad. Hemos recuperado nuestro pasado con la misma ambición audaz que alguna vez definió a nuestros predecesores. Las antiguas redacciones ahora dan paso a 75 salas, que invitan a que se desarrollen nuevas historias en un entorno histórico e íntimo. Y el famoso escenario, que ha sido testigo del nacimiento de tantos talentos, no ha apagado sus luces. Todo lo contrario: los mantiene vivos, ahora el más antiguo y único cabaret de Lisboa. En la mesa, disfrutamos de los sabores de una Lisboa antigua y nostálgica, que refleja nuestra gastronomía regional. ¿Somos audaces? Quizás, pero sobre todo, estamos genuinamente orgullosos de nuestro pasado y abiertos a lo que nos depara el futuro.
