Lunga House es una antigua y elegante casa de campo escocesa, originalmente una casa torre del siglo XVI. La casa, con almenas, torreones y césped verde en medio de un bosque enmarañado, se beneficia de impresionantes vistas del mar que se extiende desde el Corryvreckan hasta el lago Melford y abarca las islas de Jura, Scarba, Luing, Shuna y más allá hasta las montañas de Mull. La casa ofrece el escenario ideal para una ocasión especial, una boda o una cena o un retiro tranquilo donde podrá disfrutar de caminatas, pescar, montar a caballo o simplemente relajarse y leer un libro en una de las muchas hermosas habitaciones o incluso bajo un árbol en el encantador jardín. Para celebrar una ocasión especial, la casa es ideal para cenas a la luz de las velas, recepciones con champán con deliciosos canapés o simplemente ostras locales, un buffet con deliciosos mariscos y carnes locales, un asado de cerdo en un asador, un banquete tradicional escocés o, quizás, algún evento temático ocasional, por ejemplo, Casino Royal con ruleta y blackjack. No hay restricciones en cuanto al uso exclusivo de la casa, podemos organizar una carpa para fiestas para las funciones adecuadas, que se puede vestir adecuadamente para la ocasión, por ejemplo, como un salón de baile, una tienda de campaña marroquí con alfombras y mantas o como un tema de bosques centelleantes con guirnaldas de luces, flores silvestres y bancos. Sus extensos terrenos son hermosos: alrededor de la casa hay hermosos jardines y áreas boscosas que crean el escenario más perfecto para cualquier ceremonia. En el interior, puedes organizar tu ceremonia donde quieras (¡siempre que sea práctico!) — en nuestro salón de baile, sala de desayunos o comedor.

Located in Rutledge Hill – just a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, in the heart of Downtown Nashville – Husk, from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is reinterpreting the bounty of the surrounding area, exploring an ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products and redefines what it means to cook and eat in Nashville. At Husk, there are some rules about what can go on the plate. If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door. The resulting cuisine is not about rediscovering Southern cooking, but rather exploring the reality of Southern food. Seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie programs by Executive Chef Ben Norton and his culinary team are the basis of Husk’s cuisine. Husk Nashville, located at 37 Rutledge Street, was constructed into the side of a hill between 1879 and 1882 by Dr. John Bunyan Stephens. Its storied history includes serving as Mayor Richard Houston Dudley’s home, where he lived when elected in 1897. The area was settled by the Rutledge and Middleton families of Charleston who were descendants of two of the original South Carolina signers of the Declaration of Independence. Mayor Dudley added the Carriage House located on property in 1890–which will serve as a space to satisfy the restaurant’s culinary whims and host private/special events. The design of the Husk’s interior spaces enhances the building’s roots while demonstrating a sense of Southern style, modernity, energy, and cosmopolitan flair.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk.
