El Stare Kino Cinema Residence Hotel es un lugar único no solo en el mapa de Lodz, sino también en el mapa de Polonia. El tema del hotel no fue una coincidencia, sino que se inspiró en la historia del edificio ubicado en la calle Piotrkowska 120. El hotel está situado en el anexo de una casa de vecindad, por lo que está lejos del ruido de la calle Piotrkowska.
