Yes, Paper straws, we have never used plastic stirrers we also use glass bottles not plastic

Are specific cleaning/disinfection routines in place for pillows, duvets and their covers, headboard, bathrobe etc.? If yes, please describe.

Yes, Pillows and duvets aren’t being replaced every time but the covers are(washed at 60 degrees). Headboards are disinfected. We are not supplying dressing gowns unless requested and these will be washed at 60 degrees, then wrapped in cling film.
