El Hotel Merlot está situado en el corazón del centro histórico de la ciudad de Louny, justo detrás de la puerta gótica de Zatecka. El hotel ofrece 10 habitaciones, incluidas 2 suites, para una estancia de lujo. El llamado bar del vestíbulo en la planta baja de la parte del hotel, donde se sirve el desayuno a los huéspedes del hotel, está a disposición de los huéspedes y también se utiliza como recepción.
