Tras una renovación completa en 2017, el Hotel Puerta America ofrece un lugar de diseño que combina gastronomía, ocio y espacios versátiles para eventos. Los establecimientos distintivos, como The Observatory, Karrara Terrace, Lobby & Bistró y Marmo Bar, también se pueden reservar exclusivamente para eventos privados, proporcionando entornos únicos para establecer contactos y funciones sociales. Para reuniones, el hotel cuenta con 950 m² de espacio flexible en la planta baja, diseñado por John Pawson y divisible en cinco secciones, con capacidad para hasta 1000 invitados (diseño de cóctel). En el quinto piso, ocho salas de reuniones de 56 m² cada una (diseñadas por Victorio & Lucchino) tienen capacidad para hasta 40 delegados, y algunas salas se pueden combinar para crear hasta 168 m².
