El Kent Event Centre es «el espacio para eventos más flexible y versátil de Kent» Ubicado en más de 200 acres, el Kent Event Centre es la instalación de conferencias más grande de Kent y ofrece más de 7000 metros cuadrados de espacio interior. Hay tres salas de exposiciones principales, ideales para crear impresionantes exposiciones, ferias comerciales o espectáculos públicos. Tres están interconectados: el John Hendry, la sala de exposiciones de Maidstone y el Astor Pavilion. El centro de conferencias Clive Emson tiene 1700 metros cuadrados de espacio dentro del edificio de un solo tramo. Además, también tenemos 5 salas de reuniones con capacidad para entre 8 y 100 delegados. Estamos entre dos autopistas principales y a 50 minutos en coche o tren de Londres. Tenemos más de 200 acres de espacio al aire libre y un bosque privado a disposición de los organizadores. Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.

10.1. Si el arrendatario desea cancelar este acuerdo y la reserva durante el período de alquiler, lo notificará por escrito a Kent Event Centre. Fecha en que Kent Event Centre recibe el aviso de cancelación Cargos de cancelación adeudados al Kent Event Centre por parte del arrendatario 90 días o más antes de la fecha de contratación El depósito (si es pagadero) Entre 90 días y 21 días antes de la fecha de contratación El depósito (si es pagadero) y el 50% de las comisiones pendientes en ese momento Entre 21 días y la fecha de contratación El depósito (si es pagadero) y todas las comisiones pendientes 10.2. Si el Centro de Eventos de Kent tiene motivos razonables para creer que existe la posibilidad de que alguna de las partes infrinja en el futuro o de que se causen pérdidas o daños a las salas de eventos o al recinto ferial de Kent, entonces Kent Event Centre podrá rescindir inmediatamente este Acuerdo mediante notificación por escrito al Arrendatario (sin perjuicio de los derechos acumulados de Kent Event Centre contra el Arrendatario). 10.3. En el momento o en cualquier momento posterior a la ocurrencia de: 10.3.1. cualquier pedido realizado o resolución aprobada para la liquidación del Kent Event Centre o del Arrendatario; 10.3.2. si el Kent Event Centre o el Arrendatario llegan a algún acuerdo con sus acreedores o en beneficio de ellos; o 10.3.3. Si se nombra a un administrador judicial con respecto a sus activos, cualquiera de las partes podrá notificar por escrito a la otra la rescisión inmediata del presente Acuerdo (sin perjuicio de los derechos acumulados de una parte contra la otra).
