Inaugurado en abril de 2017 y diseñado por el prestigioso arquitecto Francisco Mangado, el hotel ofrece 268 habitaciones luminosas y confortables que evocan la calidez del estilo escandinavo. En la 3ª planta del hotel encontrará 4 salas de reuniones, todas ellas con luz natural. Para completar las instalaciones para reuniones y eventos, disfrute de un innovador concepto de «cena todo el día» en el restaurante Trasluz, del exclusivo servicio The Level, de las mejores vistas de la bahía de Palma en la terraza de la azotea y de servicios adicionales como el gimnasio abierto las 24 horas y el YHI Spa. Ubicado frente al mar, estratégicamente ubicado cerca del aeropuerto internacional de Palma (5 minutos en coche) y a 10 minutos a pie del centro histórico de la ciudad.
