El edificio original de la biblioteca eduardiana se amplió y reformó en 2006 y ahora ofrece un espacio contemporáneo abierto y luminoso que brinda a la comunidad una «ventanilla única» para una amplia gama de servicios locales. Estos servicios incluyen el centro de servicio al cliente de Worcestershire Hub y los servicios de registro de Malvern, así como los servicios de biblioteca. Los visitantes de la biblioteca encontrarán una amplia colección de libros y materiales audiovisuales, así como instalaciones de autoservicio para la emisión y devolución.
