TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Please inform the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the meeting, the final guaranteed number for the event; Should the number of guests attending the event be more than the contracted guaranteed, the client accepts the hotel to charge as per actual number of attendees. • Should the number of guests attending the event be less than the final contracted guaranteed, the client accepts the hotel to charge the minimum guaranteed mentioned in the contract. • If the event is cancelled on TBA the client accepts to pay hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated food & beverage revenue from this event.
