Enclavada en la campiña de Shropshire, esta posada rural no es más que relajante. Todos los ingredientes clásicos están aquí: vigas viejas, chimeneas rugientes, una mezcla casual de muebles de pino y roble, auténtica cerveza, paredes «rojo rectoría» elegidas a mano por Greg y buena comida. Esta última es muy buena. Hay 9 habitaciones en total, incluidas habitaciones dobles e individuales. 7 han sido recientemente renovadas con un alto nivel de calidad, incluidas nuevas suites. Las otras 2 habitaciones son anexos acogedores, ubicados en el edificio adyacente y pueden alojar a 3 y 4 personas respectivamente. Con su capacidad máxima, las habitaciones pueden alojar 21 en total. Upstairs at The Bear es una combinación única de ambiente histórico y comodidades contemporáneas. Desde reuniones íntimas y reuniones de negocios hasta grandes banquetes y bodas.

Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
