Situada en la zona más de moda de Milán, a pocos pasos de Corso Garibaldi y Brera, la Osteria La Vecchia Lira abrió sus puertas en 2005, fundada por Eugenio y Christian. La Vecchia Lira ofrece cocina tradicional italiana combinada con un ambiente acogedor y cálido que resulta en una experiencia gastronómica única. «La Vecchia Lira» evoca las cosas buenas del pasado y el estilo de vida italiano de la vieja escuela, como la Lira Vieja, la moneda italiana antes de la adopción del euro. De hecho, el propósito de los propietarios era ofrecer una calidad excepcional manteniendo los precios bajos, como lo eran antes del intercambio que, lamentablemente, caracterizó el paso al nuevo valor; y podemos decir al respecto que la promesa se ha cumplido (gastarás entre 30 y 40 euros).
