El nuevo restaurante El Churra abrió sus puertas el 15 de marzo de 2002. Está ubicado en el centro de la calle Obispo Sancho Dávila. El restaurante es completamente independiente de los hoteles y tiene una capacidad de 250 comensales. Cuenta con una «bodega» o bodega con clima controlado donde se depositan más de 14000 botellas de vino.
