Una vez propiedad de Pat Phoenix, también conocida como Elsie Tanner de Coronation Street, Navigation Inn se convirtió en una posada hace más de doscientos años y aún conserva su carácter original. Situado en la cuenca de Bugsworth, una antigua cuenca fluvial muy concurrida al final del canal Peak Forest, este sitio único se encuentra en el corazón del impresionante distrito de High Peak y es popular entre los navegantes, ciclistas, familias, caminantes y sus perros, todos los cuales son bienvenidos en la posada.
