Daños liquidados o cancelaciones: si el licenciatario cancela cualquier evento cubierto por este contrato de licencia, el licenciatario se compromete a pagar a MP los siguientes importes en concepto de daños y perjuicios liquidados y no como penalización, y las partes acuerdan que dichos montos constituyen una provisión razonable por daños y perjuicios razonables: a) Si el licenciatario cancela más de un año antes del primer día de carga del evento, MP retendrá la tarifa de reserva en concepto de daños y perjuicios liquidados. b) Si el licenciatario cancela más de seis meses antes del primer día de carga del evento, pero menos de un año antes del primer día de carga del evento: MP retendrá la tarifa de reserva como daños liquidados y el licenciatario pagará la mitad de los derechos de licencia restantes a MP en concepto de daños liquidados. c) Si el licenciatario cancela menos de seis meses antes del primer día de carga del evento, la totalidad de la tarifa de licencia se pagará a MP en concepto de daños y perjuicios en un plazo de diez (10) días a partir de la fecha de la factura. d) Si la licencia cancela en algún momento un evento que era un evento reprogramado de conformidad con la sección 33 (más adelante), la totalidad de la tarifa de licencia se pagará a MP en concepto de daños y perjuicios liquidados en un plazo de diez (10) días a partir de la fecha de la factura.
