Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. Mystery Trip is a team bonding event planning company that creates unique experiences for our clients. His unparalleled musicianship offers dynamic performances ranging from soft acoustic instrumentals to mid-tempo acoustic guitar with vocals all the way to upbeat dance floor top 40’s with electric guitar, making him an incredibly versatile performer that can be a unique alternative to a DJ or having to hire several musicians for different parts of an event. He is able to perform wirelessly, walking around while performing, interacting with the crowd, and raising the energy of the room. Dylan has an extensive history in music, including recording at the legendary East West Studios, where Elvis, The Beatles, U2, and Harry Styles also recorded. He’s recorded with Hans Zimmer’s first violinist, Dua Lipa’s cellist, and frequently performs with Cindy Lauper’s keyboard player.
