Política de cancelación

(a) Por el cliente. En caso de que el Cliente desee rescindir este Acuerdo por cualquier motivo, deberá enviar una notificación por escrito a Triangle Loft/Bento con tal intención (la «Notificación de rescisión del cliente») y se aplicarán las siguientes condiciones: (i) En caso de que la notificación de rescisión del cliente se entregue a Triangle Loft/Bento al menos sesenta (60) días naturales antes de la fecha del evento, el cliente recibirá un reembolso completo de cualquier importe que el cliente haya pagado previamente a Triangle Loft/Bento en virtud del presente documento (sujeto a cualquier deducción en el depósito de garantía según lo dispuesto en la sección 2), menos una comisión de cancelación igual al veinticinco por ciento (25%) del depósito inicial, importe que se retendrá de Triangle Loft/Bento. (ii) En caso de que la notificación de rescisión del cliente se entregue a Triangle Loft/Bento en cualquier momento entre cincuenta y nueve (59) y once (11) días naturales a partir de la fecha del evento, el Cliente no recibirá ningún reembolso del depósito inicial, importe que Triangle Loft/Bento podrá retener, sin embargo, siempre que el depósito de garantía se reembolse de conformidad con la Sección 2, y el Cliente recibirá un fondo completo de cualquier importe (si cualquiera) pagado previamente para cubrir el saldo a partir de la fecha en que se reciba la notificación de rescisión del cliente. (iii) En caso de que la notificación de rescisión del cliente se entregue a Triangle Loft/Bento en cualquier momento dentro de los diez (10) días naturales siguientes a la fecha del evento, el cliente adeudará y pagará la totalidad del precio total del contrato a Triangle Loft/Bento a partir de la fecha en que se reciba la notificación de rescisión del cliente, y no se realizará ningún reembolso con respecto al precio total del contrato, siempre que el depósito de garantía se reembolse de acuerdo con Sección 2.
