Nos consideramos una propiedad regional con un enfoque en las asociaciones de TX y los negocios del grupo SMERFE principalmente debido a la cantidad de espacio para reuniones de la mano de los negocios transitorios de mitad de semana de Corporate Preferred. Habrá un fuerte enfoque proactivo en los negocios con sede en Texas, especialmente en las Asociaciones de Petróleo y Gas, Médicas, Legales y Medianas, a mediados de semana. SMERFE y Sports serán nuestro pan y mantequilla para los fines de semana, así como para cierto tipo de asociaciones, ya que los viajes de ocio no son fuertes actualmente en la zona.
