El hotel Parador de Olite ocupa parte de un majestuoso palacio-castillo que data del siglo XV y ha sido declarado Monumento Nacional. Ubicado estratégicamente en la llanura a orillas del río Cidacos, Olite se encuentra a 5 km. de Tafalla, y su acceso principal es a través de la carretera N-121. Las áreas comunes y algunas de las habitaciones se encuentran dentro del propio palacio-castillo, y las habitaciones restantes se encuentran en un edificio anexo.
