Está situado a 350 metros de la playa de Palma, del club náutico del Arenal y del parque acuático Agualand. Cuenta con 133 habitaciones, de las cuales 2 son individuales, recepción, dos salones, bar, depósito de equipaje, un restaurante buffet con cocina en vivo, terraza con tumbonas y sombrillas, un snack bar en la terraza, 2 ascensores, spa y aparcamiento exterior para los huéspedes.
