El Hotel Universal Neptuno tiene una ubicación extraordinaria frente a la playa en el corazón de Playa de Palma. El hotel cuenta con 114 habitaciones, la mayoría de ellas con vistas frontales o laterales al mar, 5 de ellas son junior suites y 3 suites. El salón se puede convertir en una sala de conferencias con luz natural a través de grandes ventanales y dos cúpulas en el techo. La capacidad es de 80 personas en estilo teatro y 50 en estilo aula y si es necesario. Podemos convertir este lugar en una sala de banquetes con capacidad para 80 invitados.
