La propiedad se encuentra a 20 minutos de Santa Marta, una de las ciudades más antiguas de América, conocida como la «bahía más hermosa del continente», como resultado de la exuberante tarjeta postal que combina una zona costera y una cadena montañosa a 5.775 metros sobre el nivel del mar, lo que la convierte en la formación litoral montañosa más alta del mundo. Los espíritus aventureros exploran un destino que combina turismo arqueológico, ecológico e histórico.
