La agencia de diseño Dreimeta colaboró con el equipo parisino Visto Images para resumir el ajetreo y el bullicio del distrito 10: una divertida mezcolanza de murales de pared vibrantes y coloridos al estilo del arte callejero. Las habitaciones son refugios relajantes con combinaciones de colores y diseños inspirados en África y Asia. El restaurante Neni, con su cocina israelí-mediterránea, y el bar Sape, con su gran mostrador y sillones de cuero, forman el corazón palpitante de la casa.
