Aquí, frente a la estación central de tren Gare du Nord, se encuentra el 25hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord, que es una declaración de amor por el vibrante espíritu de este distrito y sus habitantes. Los héroes locales sirven de inspiración para el concepto de diseño de interiores. La agencia de diseño Dreimeta colaboró con el equipo parisino Visto Images para resumir el ajetreo y el bullicio del distrito 10: una divertida mezcolanza de murales de pared vibrantes y coloridos al estilo del arte callejero. Las habitaciones son refugios relajantes con combinaciones de colores y diseños inspirados en África y Asia. El restaurante Neni, con su cocina israelí-mediterránea, y el bar Sape, con su gran mostrador y sillones de cuero, forman el corazón palpitante de la casa.
