Situado cerca del centro de la ciudad, a solo 5 minutos a pie de una de las zonas más hermosas de El Bierzo, el AC Hotel Ponferrada está completamente renovado y se encuentra justo en el Camino de Santiago. El hotel cuenta con minibar y lámparas de lectura en todas las amplias habitaciones, y un AC Lounge, con horario limitado temporal, para relajarse. El hotel también cuenta con tres salas de reuniones exquisitamente diseñadas que pueden albergar diversos eventos. El Museo del Bierzo está a solo cinco minutos a pie del hotel, la estación de tren está a 1 km y el aeropuerto a 95 km. También cuenta con un aparcamiento para bicicletas para los peregrinos de Santiago que se alojen con nosotros en Ponferrada.
