Si no hay otro acuerdo por escrito entre las partes contractuales, las condiciones de cancelación son las siguientes: a./ eventos con hasta 50 participantes: Cancelación 45 o más días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento establecida: sin cargo Cancelación entre 44 y 30 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 25% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación entre 29 y 15 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 60% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación entre 14 y 7 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 75% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación entre 6 y 4 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 90% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación 3 o menos días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento establecida: 100% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias b/ eventos con más de 50 participantes: Cancelación 90 o más días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento establecida: sin cargo Cancelación entre 89 y 60 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 15% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación entre 59 y 30 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 50% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación entre 29 y 15 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 75% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación entre 14 y 7 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 90% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Cancelación 6 o menos días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento establecida: 100% del importe total cotizado para alojamiento y servicios de conferencias Como base para el cálculo de las tarifas de cancelación, se tomará en cuenta el número de participantes y habitaciones que figuran en la cotización. En caso de que el cliente solicite un aumento después de firmar el contrato, se tomará como base la última cantidad confirmada por escrito por el cliente. En caso de que el importe del depósito pagado no cubra el total de las tarifas de cancelación, se emitirá una factura adicional por la diferencia. Sin aplicar las condiciones de cancelación indicadas anteriormente, el cliente tiene derecho a: • reducir las cantidades confirmadas en un 5% a más tardar 14 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento Las condiciones de cancelación son válidas para la cancelación total y parcial del evento.
