CANCELLATIONS 8.1 Cancellations shall only be valid if evidenced to by Legend in writing, subject to the conditions below. Legend reserves the right to recover any costs incurred with regards to charges received up to the date of cancellation. 8.2.1.1 In the event of services being cancelled prior to arrival, the following cancellation fees, calculated as from the date of receipt of notice of cancellation, shall be due and payable on the Pro-forma Invoice as well as all costs incurred: 8.2.1.1 Accommodation, venue hire and pre-booked activities: 0-14 days 15 – 30 days 31 – 60 days 90% 75% 50% 61 – 89 days 90+ days 25% 10% 8.2.1.2 Pre-booked food and beverage services: 0-14 days 15+ days 90% 0% 8.2.1.3 No-shows will be charged in full for all accommodation and services booked. 8.3 The re-scheduling (i.e. the changing of dates of the event) or reduction of numbers of the group from date of confirmation of the booking will also be regarded as a cancellation and the above cancellation fees will be applicable, subject to the attrition clause below as described in 8.4. 8.4 Legend hereby agrees to allow for a 5% reduction in the anticipated room night revenue. At the conclusion of the Client’s stay, Legend will subtract the rooms revenue derived from the Client’s stay from the anticipated room night revenue, less the allowable reduction set forth herein above. Any remaining amount will be posted as a charge to the Master Account. This attrition clause shall be in effect up to 14 days prior to arrival. Wedding Venues Whether you wish to have a private intimate wedding for 30 guests or an extravagant reception for up to 300 guests, Zebra Country Lodge caters to your individual needs. You will fall in love with the age-old chapel guarding the entrance of the lodge. The old historical hunting house of Paul Kruger has been restored to form a beautiful stone chapel set under enormous Eucalyptus trees with a scenic view. The shebeen is the perfect location for an African themed wedding, whilst we also have a romantic countryside setting
