Ubicado a orillas del río San, el Hotel Accademia ofrece excelentes condiciones para conferencias, reuniones de integración, reuniones de negocios, banquetes, barbacoas y picnics en un lugar especialmente diseñado. El hotel ofrece 105 habitaciones y alojamiento turístico en una casa restaurada en las instalaciones del hotel. El hotel también ofrece 5 salas de conferencias multifuncionales. En el primer piso hay una sala de conferencias para 260 personas con la posibilidad de dividirse en 3 más pequeñas. En la planta baja hay 2 pequeñas salas de banquetes ideales para organizar conferencias de negocios, contratación y formación para hasta 30 personas. Las salas de conferencias tienen grandes salas, donde puede colocar stands promocionales para unas 40 empresas.
