Built as a charming old world lodge several decades ago, Mahodadhi Palace has been converted into a world class hotel with all the facilities the experienced and discerning traveler would need to have a perfect vacation. Mahodadhi Palace literally means the great sea, and this palace pays homage to the revered ocean facing the palace. Built by Maharaja Panchkot as his summer palace, this sprawling palace, with an impressive long driveway was his refuge from the harsh summer sun of Panchkot. It has banquet room available.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
